Compassion, The Key
Giving compassion doesn’t mean you need to show off to everybody that you have mercy to anyone. Compassion means solicitude or feeling the sufferings and mishap of others. Treating everyone with fairness and equality and giving them your attention the same way you give your attention to yourself is a big leap towards the fight against Discrimination. Giving someone who’s being discriminated, a chance to regain their self-esteem by spending your leisure time with them, proves them that they have the chance to leave a normal life.
While it is true that we’re not born equal but we have the capability to show to the world that equality is not by genes, it is the way how we see everyone in the society and we treat them the way we want to be treated. “Golden Rule” should always prevail over the “Rule of Gold”.
